With a surface area of 16 m², it can accommodate up to two people, thanks to a double bed (140 x 190 cm) carefully prepared for your arrival.

Located inside the house, it shares a bathroom with your host, complete with bathtub-shower and toilet, meticulously maintained and designed to preserve everyone's privacy. Every effort is made to ensure that your comfort remains a priority, in complete discretion.

A window bathed in natural light offers a peaceful view of the village, adding to the serenity of the setting.

It is furnished and equipped with the following amenities:

- Mini fridge,

- TV set,

- High-speed Internet access.

You will be welcomed with a Closerie des Arts set including:

- A welcome drink,

- An assortment of toiletries,

- A 110g pack of Arlequines (Périgord walnuts coated in a thin layer of excellent chocolate, a speciality of the region),

- One bottle of mineral water per person.

Sheets and towels are provided.
